For Your Viewing Pleasure

The girls were playing in the tub last night and making up the most hilarious conversation for their toys (which I later found out were Barbie dolls). I jumped in at the last minute to catch the tail-end of it.

Eventually, Sadie noticed me standing there with the camera and turned and said, "Cheese!" That part got cut off a bit, but it was pretty funny at the time.

Could there be anything more quintessentially *summer* than a little girl learning to pedal her bike? Sadie surprised me last week by pulling this trick out of her bag. I was so excited--until I found out from both Dean and Ella that she's been doing this for a while now. Oh well. I'm still excited! It's funny, too, because Ella learned to pedal exactly a year ago. Those of you who know Sadie at all won't be surprised to learn that she's mastered her bike a full year younger than Ella did.
