Ella starts preschool in the fall. And as if the tuition for Catholic preschool weren't enough, I find myself with 30 (40?!) raffle tickets to hawk. Or maybe they expect me to send my three-year-old door-to-door by herself? Really, she ought to be earning her keep at this age. And she does seem rather capable of finding her way home from places....
Tickets are $10 apiece. And the prize is.... I don't know. Money or something. I have to look at the tickets, which are right next to our brand-new tuition payment book. Woohoo!
Can someone please explain to me why we are going into debt over preschool for a three-year-0ld?
