Can You Say "I Love You"?

I have been trying to teach Sadie to say "I love you." She's got the "I" part down but can't seem to get the rest of it.

Earlier, I asked her if she could say it. She started, "I...." Then looked at me a minute, grabbed my face, and gave me a big open-mouthed kiss.

Nothing like cutting to the heart of the matter.
