1. Not having a dedicated trunk is a little weird since you can then see all of your crap. If you are an organizational freak like me, you might buy one of these to keep your first-aid kit and umbrella and spare clothes/coats and emergency kit in. The Mazda actually has really nifty under-seat storage, but it's impossible to access with car seats latched into place.
The jury is still out on whether my organizational purchase actually makes the cargo area better or worse. I shall let Mr. Natalie be the deciding factor on that.
2. There are controls for the stereo on the steering wheel, which is just super cool. You can change the station, change the song on the CD, increase/decrease the volume, or mute the sound completely. Nifty.
3. The horn on the Mazda is not nearly as forceful as it could be.
4. When parked next to a minivan, it is clear that the Mazda 5 does not look like a minivan (yes, this is a chief concern of mine).
